Alconex specializes in continuous extrusion, which is a state of the
art manufacturing process that allows us to go from copper or
aluminum rod to a finished product in just one step.
This allows Alconex to maintain the highest and fastest production
levels with close and consistent tolerances, burr and weld free
product throughout the production run.
Our products range from copper and aluminum (bare or insulated) to
round, square, rectangular and extrusion shapes like tubing,
multi-void, fiber optic supports, bus bar, and various custom
shapes.
Alconex is staffed by a team of management, sales and manufacturing
individuals with many years in the wire and cable field, 25 of those
years in the continuous extrusion technology.
