GENERAL PROPERTIES

Paper may be helically or longitudinal applied to either copper 110 & 102 soft temper or aluminum 1350-0 temper.
Copper Soft temper is 32,000-PSI max to 24,000-PSI min.
Aluminum 1350-0 temper is 14.0 KSI max to 8.5 KSI min.
Generally a Two and half mil (.0025”) thick tape in single or multi layers upon the wire. A single tape my be applied with a ½ lap (50%) overlap, 2/3 lap (67% overlap) or ¾ lap (75% lap) giving a paper thickness of 2,3 or 4 layers.
